Vincent J. Petrozzo obtained his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1980 and subsequently received his law degree from the Catholic University of America in 1984.
After admission to the New York State Bar in 1985 he began representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice suits, clients in complex litigation cases, transportation/trucking claims, elevator companies in elevator/escalator accidents, construction accidents as well as general liability and products liability cases.
He is admitted in New York, Colorado, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Petrozzo is a member of a number of bar associations in addition to the Defense Research Institute, Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association.
Mr. Petrozzo has been an invited lecturer on behalf of several insurance companies on selected topics involving New York State Law.
