Gabrielle Picard is an associate at Keller, O’Reilly, and Watson, P.C. She is licensed to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey and Maryland. Gabrielle is also admitted in the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. Gabrielle handles all aspects of defense on general liability insurance, medical malpractice, and property damage claims from inception to trial. Gabrielle started working in a plaintiff’s personal injury firm at the age of 18 before going on to work for defense firms on Long Island. Gabrielle has also worked for a prominent real estate firm in the Capital Region and the New York State Assembly during her college tenure. 

Gabrielle graduated from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 2019, and graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2023. During law school, Gabrielle interned for the Honorable Conrad Singer in Nassau County Supreme Court, where she assisted the Principal Law Clerk, the Judge’s Secretary and Part Clerk. In addition to her law school studies, Gabrielle was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society, the Real Estate Law Association, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and she conducted an independent study pertaining to the safety of online dating.

Gabrielle considers herself a zealous advocate for all of the firm’s clients. She has a talent for citing exact statute provisions and case law references. Whether she is arguing a motion or conducting a deposition, Gabrielle operates with a high level of professionalism. In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys going to the gym, yoga, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and dog.
